MACINTOSH Applications are as follows:

Quark Xpress 4.0
Adobe Illustrator 8.0
Adobe Photoshop 4.0
Pagemaker 6.5

· All fonts must be included in the email.

· Artwork should be color separated with full value spot colors. NOT process (CMYK or RGB) colors.

· Once file(s) are emailed, please fax us a completed order form and copies of the laser print outs of your artwork so we can make sure that the file(s) we receive match what you have (same fonts, spacing, etc.).

· We prefer .PDF files for orders with only one (1) ink color. Please embed all fonts and include crop marks and registration lines.

· If your order has two (2) or more colors, please send it as an Illustrator (outline all fonts), Pagemaker or Quark file. Include all MAC fonts and all links to the graphics.

· Our HP LaserJet 5000 series outputs 1200 dpi. If your artwork needs a higher resolution, we will have to send our driver to your office to pick it up. Call to let us know if this needs to be done.

· Email messages are automatically downloaded at exactly 4PM everyday. Your order(s) must be sent before 4PM on the day prior to printing to follow our regular schedule. Order(s) sent after 4PM will be printed on the next printing schedule.
